Classes & Scheduling
Classes are live, one-to-one video sessions held over Teams Zoom or Google Meet with screen sharing so your teacher can annotate the text as you read. Nothing is pre-recorded.
Let your teacher know at least four hours beforehand and the lesson is rescheduled free of charge on the Standard plan and above. On the Basic plan you receive two free reschedules each month.
We teach around the clock. Our teachers are based across Bangladesh, Egypt and the UK, so we can accommodate almost any time zone including early mornings and late evenings.
Standard lessons are 30 minutes, which we find is the right length for focused one-to-one study. Premium and Hifz plans use 45 minute sessions, and shorter 20 minute lessons are available for very young children.
