Agreement

By booking a trial or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. They apply to every student and to the parent or guardian of any student under eighteen.

Free trial

New students may take up to three trial classes at no cost. We do not require payment details to book a trial, and there is no obligation to continue.

Fees and billing

Fees are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with thirty days' written notice.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge with at least four hours' notice on the Standard plan and above; the Basic plan includes two free reschedules per month. Lessons missed without notice are treated as taken.

Cancelling your plan

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and your classes continue to the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused lessons within a paid month.

Conduct

We expect courteous conduct from students, parents and teachers alike. We reserve the right to end an enrolment where a teacher is subjected to abusive behaviour.

Intellectual property

Course materials supplied by the academy are for the enrolled student's personal use and may not be redistributed or sold.
